An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Friday, repeating until June 28, 2019
This fun aqua fitness class is for all ages and abilities. It combines “dance” fitness set to music you’ll bop along to with more focused interval training to target certain muscle groups. It will work all areas from head to toe and will leave you having a good time and feeling exhilerated!
Water exercise is not only a great workout, as it uses the resistance of the water, it is indicated for most people with back and joint issues, and even expectant mothers, as it’s non-impact. As always, check with your health care provider before embarking on any new fitness journey.
