Today we have some podcast recommendations to entertain you during this time of social distancing. There are many podcasts out there on almost any topic so everyone can find something to enjoy. This beginners guide to podcasts is a good place to start if you are a podcast newbie.

- NPR’s Life Kit has a guide for almost anyone. Their most recent post is about homeschooling in the time of Coronavirus. Their podcast focuses mostly on becoming financially, physically, and mentally healthy.
- Food, We Need to Talk discusses one woman’s fight to eat better and feel better about food.
- Are you Into science or industry?
- Try Science Vs to find out the science behind fads, trends, and opinions.
- RadioLab is always a great option to explore strange questions about our world.
- If you are interested in bugs or graduate school in the sciences you can check out Caitlin’s podcast, Bugs and Stuff.
- How I Build This gives us the stories of how businesses were created.
- If you need a pick me up, here are some good options.
- Kind World shows how a single act of kindness can change someone’s life.

- If you need something to do, try getting a head start on your spring cleaning. Open your windows (if it isn’t too cold still), clean out your closet, tackle the mess in the garage.
- Coloring can be a great way for both you and your children to relax. Here are some free coloring pages for you both!
- Sometimes we just need comfort food. A lot of people have been craving the security of the holidays. Why not dig around in your pantry for that leftover can of pumpkin and fill your house with the smell of pumpkin spice. Do you have some overly spotty bananas from last weekend grocery shop instead? Make banana bread!
- While your pumpkin or banana bread is cooking you can take advantage of one of the workouts posted by REV Cycling.
